4. Shared Comp Reports

When you generate a shareable comp report link, the report data (property address, comparable sales, ARV, adjustments) becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share links containing information you wish to keep private.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Shared comp reports may remain accessible unless you request their removal.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure third-party services for payments and authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
